About

After I featuring her work on Dezeen, New York interior designer Magdalena Keck asked me to write the foreword for her first book, Pied-À-Terre, which brings together her residential projects in a hardback volume.

To mark the book's release, I moderated a talk between Magda and University at Oklahoma visiting professor of architecture Tiziana Proiett at the Rizzoli store in Manhattan. Get your copy!

I’ve also helped Magda to articulate her ideas through press releases, and project descriptions on her website. These texts sum-up the essence of her design philosophy of “warm minimalism,” and describe the ideas behind strategic and aesthetic decisions.
